About SKT Advisory

SKT Advisory is led by Sanjeev Kumar Tiwari, Founder and Principal Consultant, with 35+ years of experience across coal, fuel management, logistics, power, steel, mining and industrial operations.

Industrial Background

Sanjeev Kumar Tiwari has held senior roles across CHP operations, coal procurement, logistics, steel, mining-linked sectors, project development and compliance coordination.

Founder perspective

Founder-led industrial advisory

Sanjeev Kumar Tiwari has spent more than three decades inside the practical systems that keep heavy industry running: coal procurement, rake movement, road logistics, Coal Handling Plant operations, ash handling, quality records, contract coordination and regulatory interfaces.

His work has sat at the junction of commercial decisions and plant realities. That means understanding not only where coal is sourced from, but whether it can move on time, unload without delay, meet quality expectations, reconcile correctly and support the plant's operating targets.

SKT Advisory brings that field-tested perspective to leadership teams that need a clear outside view on fuel supply, logistics reliability, plant handling constraints or project readiness.

Operating scale

Industrial advisory grounded in live operating conditions

  • 35+ years across coal, power, steel, mining, logistics and industrial operations
  • Experience with 1200 MW, 1370 MW and 3300 MW scale power operations
  • Daily coal receipt and unloading exposure of 12-14 rakes, approximately 55,000 MT/day
  • Coordination experience with SECL, MCL, WCL, SECR and plant-level leadership teams

How the work is approached

  • Independent judgement before generic recommendations
  • Operational context before cosmetic reporting
  • Fuel, logistics and plant interfaces considered together
  • Clear boundaries around unsupported public claims
